• Look up records - the new lookup tool returns up to 50 matching records in the chat, with the same columns as an export (see Connect Altera to ChatGPT or Claude).

Heads-up

• Same limits as exports - connection permissions and plan item limits apply, and each lookup counts toward the Starter plan’s 10 MCP calls per day.
• Slow filters - filters that check every record, such as metafield values, need an export.
