Shopify uses the packed size of each variant to pick the smallest box that fits an order, for carrier-calculated rates and shipping labels. Now you can set that size for all your variants from a spreadsheet.

- Packed dimensions - New columns set the packed length, width, and height of each variant, in centimeters or inches (see the columns).
- Shipping and Customs group - One product export group now has every shipping field of a variant, from requires shipping and weight to HS code and country of origin (see the group).
⚠️ Heads-up#
- Columns moved - Variant Weight, Variant Weight Unit, Variant Requires Shipping, and Variant Shipping Profile moved from Inventory / Variants to Shipping and Customs. Default exports still include them, and saved exports keep their columns.
