More safeguards against accidental order confirmation emails

Order imports have never emailed your customers unless you asked for it: Send Receipt defaults to FALSE, and exported files keep it that way. This update adds more safeguards, so a stray TRUE in a migration file can’t send confirmation emails by accident.

What’s New

#

• Customer email warning - file analysis flags a Send Receipt column set to TRUE and tells you how many rows would email customers (see ALYS038).
• All four email columns - covers Send Receipt, Cancel: Send Receipt, Fulfillment: Send Receipt, and Refund: Send Receipt, one warning per column.
• AI assistant confirmation - the MCP connector won’t start an orders import that would email customers until you confirm in the chat.
