Change linked option metafields via import

Options linked to the wrong metafield no longer mean re-linking products one by one in the Shopify admin.

• Re-link options via import - the Option Linked To column can now change which metafield an already-linked option points to, keeping all variant IDs intact.
• All directions supported - switch between Shopify standard metafields (like shopify.size) and your own custom metafields, in either direction.

🔧 Improvements

#

• Safe by default - the re-link only runs when every option value has a matching metaobject entry in the new type; otherwise the import reports the missing handles and leaves the option unchanged (see PRD074).
• Less setup - missing metafield definitions are created automatically when a matching metaobject definition exists, and Shopify standard entries are created from the taxonomy.
