Options linked to the wrong metafield no longer mean re-linking products one by one in the Shopify admin.

### 🚀 What's New

- **Re-link options via import** - the `Option Linked To` column can now change which metafield an already-linked option points to, keeping all variant IDs intact.
- **All directions supported** - switch between Shopify standard metafields (like `shopify.size`) and your own custom metafields, in either direction.

### 🔧 Improvements

- **Safe by default** - the re-link only runs when every option value has a matching metaobject entry in the new type; otherwise the import reports the missing handles and leaves the option unchanged (see [PRD074](https://support.getaltera.com/en/articles/11490216-error-and-warning-codes#PRD074)).
- **Less setup** - missing metafield definitions are created automatically when a matching metaobject definition exists, and Shopify standard entries are created from the taxonomy.
