Support for jurisdiction and disclosure metafields

Shopify recently added metafield types for regional compliance, and Altera now recognizes them. Columns using these types import and export cleanly instead of being flagged as unknown.

• Jurisdiction metafields - The jurisdiction and list.jurisdiction types now import and export. They hold country or region codes like US, US-CA, or All.
• Product taxonomy disclosures - The product_taxonomy_disclosure_reference type is now recognized, so product disclosure columns are no longer dropped.

• Cleaner file analysis - These types no longer trigger an “unknown metafield type” warning, and their sample files show realistic example values.
