Migrating a store often means importing thousands of URL redirects at once. We've made those imports much faster.

### 🔧 Improvements

- **Redirect imports** - speeds up imports on stores with many redirects; large jobs that previously took hours now finish far sooner.
- **All import commands** - the speedup applies to MERGE, NEW, UPDATE, REPLACE and DELETE rows alike.
