A round of updates to Altera's [MCP connector](/changelog/altera-in-chatgpt-and-claude/) makes media uploads simpler and long-running sessions more dependable for AI agents.

### Improvements

- **Simpler media uploads** - the upload flow now guides agents to drop the staged file URL straight into an import column (Image Src, Link, or a file metafield), uploading and linking media in a single import.
- **Steadier sessions** - fixes intermittent connection errors that could interrupt a session partway through a conversation.
- **Easier doc reading** - agents can now read full help articles and get more complete search results, so they find the right import guidance faster.
