Removing checkout payment terms from a B2B company location now works the way you'd expect during an import.

### 🐛 Fixes

- **Clear payment terms** - leave the `Location: Checkout Payment Terms` cell blank to remove a company location's terms; previously a blank cell was ignored and the existing terms stuck.
- **Safer typos** - a payment terms name that doesn't match a template on your store now leaves the location unchanged and warns you, instead of silently wiping the terms.
